Training workshop and production of jam has been prepared for 130 women in the head office of the institute. They mainly produce native jam from the agricultural products of the country. Using the guidelines of the Ministry of Agriculture and supporting institutions, they are taught the standard production process with all health and maintenance criteria. The teaching process is practical and theoretical using few resources. Some of their products have been displayed in domestic exhibitions. We are trying to create more work opportunities for them, including domestic and foreign sales markets, and also create small workshops for them.
