About ZAWO
Four decades of war have caused fatal damage to all the infrastructures of the Afghan society, the transformation of the system has had three basic challenges, such as the reduction of work, economic and educational opportunities. For this purpose, a group of men and women in (ZAWO) under license number 5227 of the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan.

Afghan Women Sewing Academy (AWSA)
As many as 200 women and girls in the central office of the ZAWO are learning the sewing training program
daily. Most of the girls have taken vocational training due to the closure of the school. After the training
process, they have to start the production process ,the rest are widows, orphans, immigrants, or the poor..
The lessons are practical and theoretical. They learn how to produce ceremonial, formal, and local clothes
keeping in mind the demand of the free market. The training process is 6 to 12 months

About Founder
Professionally motivated and driven, with a strong desire to serve others, over ten years of experience in leadership and NGO management, participation in initiatives aimed at enhancing women’s competence, and work experience gathering donations and distributing them to those in need.
